By making a payment for vocal coaching services provided by Helena De Maertelaere ("Vocal Coach"), you ("Client") acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

**1. Services Offered**

The Vocal Coach offers vocal coaching services, which may include vocal technique instruction, song interpretation, and performance coaching, among others. The details of the services will be agreed upon between the Vocal Coach and the Client.

**2. Payment and Fees**

- Fees for vocal coaching services will be determined and communicated to the Client prior to the commencement of lessons.

- Payment is due in advance as agreed upon. Payment methods and schedules will be communicated to the Client.

- Any missed or canceled lessons without adequate 24 hours notice are still be subject to payment.

**3. Lesson Scheduling**

- Lesson times and schedules will be agreed upon between the Vocal Coach and the Client.

- The Vocal Coach reserves the right to reschedule or cancel lessons, providing reasonable 24 hour notice, otherwise its good will from the client to accept.

**4. Cancellation and Refunds**

- The Vocal Coach requires at least 24 hours notice for lesson cancellations.

- Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the Vocal Coach.

**5. Client Responsibilities**

The Client agrees to:

- Attend lessons punctually.

- Be prepared for lessons, which may include bringing necessary materials or songs.

- Communicate any concerns or questions to the Vocal Coach.

**6. Confidentiality**

Both the Vocal Coach and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or professional information shared during lessons.

**7. Intellectual Property**

The Vocal Coach retains all intellectual property rights to any materials, exercises, or resources provided during lessons. The Client may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written consent.

**8. Disclaimer**

Vocal coaching is a highly individualized practice. While the Vocal Coach will make every effort to assist the Client in reaching their goals, results may vary. The Vocal Coach is not responsible for any injuries or vocal issues that may arise as a result of singing or vocal exercises.

**9. Changes to Terms and Conditions**

The Vocal Coach may update or modify these terms and conditions as necessary. Changes will be communicated to the Client in advance.

**10. Governing Law**

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
