  • Working with me is very flexible. I’ll send you a booking link where you can schedule sessions whenever it suits you. You can cancel and reschedule as long as it's more than 24 hours before the planned class.

  • I work with packages, or "abos." After a trial session, if you decide to continue, you can choose between a package of 10 sessions of either 45 or 30 minutes. Pricing depends on the service you want, so please contact me for a quote.
